Our standards
Loan decisions affect household finances, so KhatuLoans holds every page to a written standard. A page is published for search engines only when it passes our quality gate: it must answer the core question in the first lines, cover eligibility, documents, costs, repayment and risks, include at least six genuine FAQs, and be materially different from every other page on the site.
Sources
For rules and regulations we rely on primary sources: Reserve Bank of India circulars and master directions, government scheme notifications, the Income Tax Act, and official scheme portals. For market practice such as typical tenures and documents, we describe widely observed ranges and label them indicative. We do not copy lender marketing claims.
What we never do
We do not name a lender's rate as if it were guaranteed. We do not promise approval. We do not publish pages for every city, bank or amount combination unless each page has data of its own to offer. We do not accept payment to change how a loan type is explained.
Updates and corrections
Pages carry a last-updated date. Pages that cite regulations are re-checked at least once every quarter and whenever a major regulatory change is announced. If you spot an error, email khemant078@gmail.com. We correct confirmed errors promptly and update the date.
Independence
KhatuLoans may earn a referral fee when you apply through a partner. That never changes what a guide says about a loan type. Read the full advertiser disclosure.
