This policy explains how Hemant Kumar ("KhatuLoans", "we") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, city, the loan type and amount range you are interested in, your employment type, the page you came from and campaign parameters (UTM). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for fraud and duplicate control, not the address itself. We also receive standard server logs and, if enabled, anonymous analytics.
Why we use it
We use your details to contact you about the loan you enquired about, to pass your enquiry to lending partners with your consent, to detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions and to improve the site. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
With your consent, we share your enquiry with lending partners relevant to the loan you selected. Those partners process your data under their own privacy policies. We may also share data with service providers who host or secure the site, and where the law requires.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purpose above and any legal obligation, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time, by writing to khemant078@gmail.com. You can also raise a grievance with our grievance officer: see grievance redressal.
